You can buy a replacement ground spike from Better Home Products UK. Please ensure before you purchase that this is the right fit for your rotary line.
The main frame of your rotary/airer including the centre pole and arms of each rotary washing line, which covers frame failure only. The line itself has a 12 month warranty which may differ from the warranty length of the rest of the rotary.
Without proof of purchase your warranty/claim would not be valid. Improper use and care of your rotary would also void any claims made, this includes using your rotary in adverse weather and not using the correct ground spike to anchor your rotary.
Sometimes the inner mechanism of handle rotaries can disengage, this is normal. To re-engage the mechanism turn the handle clockwise for two minutes, then anti-clockwise for another two minutes. This should allow the mechanism to function properly again, if this does not resolve your issue please contact us.
